IT STAFF

  • Programmer (ITP – PG)

Good understanding in PHP programming, Experienced as PHP programmer 1-2 years is preferably. Mastering in other programming (MySQL, Oracle, CSS,AJAX, Java Script)

  • Support (ITS – PG)

Familiar with troubleshooting, hardware & network maintenance, experience in developing network and familiar with programming applications will be an added value

MARKETING – SALES – DESIGN

  • Marketing & Promotion Staff (MP-PG)

Interested in marketing (promotion, event, product development, etc), able to create and develop marketing programs, build mutual relationship with customers, and communicative. Experience in activation/ event/ research/ trade marketing will be an added value.

  • Area Sales Coordinator (SC-PG)

Experienced to lead aggressive sales team, good understanding in all aspects of selling, familiar with direct selling or distribution activities and able to manage distribution channel to develop sales areas. Creative in achieving sales target. Good understanding about modern/ traditional market in media/ retail business is preferably.

  • Sales Executive (SE-PG)

Interested in working with sales team, having good orientation in sales target, able to handle sales account in direct selling or distribution activities. Experienced as Salesperson/ Account Executive who covered traditional/ modern market or in media/ retail business is preferably.

  • Merchandiser (MD-PG)

Able to lead sales team and sale activities in high mobility, able to develop sale area and sales target, creative to build mutual relationship with customers. Experienced in media or as a merchandiser/ store manager/ team leader/ canvasser in retail business is an advantage.

  • Collection Coordinator

Experienced to lead a collection team in media/ retail business, familiar with all aspects of collection activities. Creative to build mutual relationship with customer especially in traditional market to achieve collection target.

  • Graphic Designer

Able to develop graphic design to support activities in the area of marketing, promotion, event, activation, etc. Familiar with computer software (Coreldraw, Indesign CS5, Adobe Photoshop, and Freehand Illustrator), creative and innovative.

FINANCE/ ACCOUNTING – HUMAN RESOURCES – ADMINISTRATION

  • Finance Accounting Coordinator/Staff (FA-PG)

Good understanding in accounting/ finance principles, able to handle tasks in its areas (AP/ AR/ Tax, etc ). Experienced in public accountant office/manufacture/retail/service company is an added value.

  • Human Resources-General Affair Staff (HR/GA-PG)

Good understanding in HR area of its responsibilities (recruitment/personnel/development/training, etc), familiar with labor law, employee relation services, application of psychological test (for psychologist), communicative, experienced in manufacturing/service/retail business/psychology bureau/SHE committee is preferably.

  • Administration Support Staff (ASS-PG)

Familiar with administrative/secretarial tasks to support activities in circulation or commercial areas (Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, etc). Accurate, Communicative and able to build mutual relationship among business units.

Requirements :

  • University graduated, min Bachelor (S1) from reputable University in relevant subject/

position applied, GPA 3.00, Willing to work in Jakarta.

    • Fresh Graduate to 1 Yr experienced (Staff) or 2-3 Yrs experienced (Coordinator),

Age max 30 Yrs (staff) or 35 Yrs (Coordinator).

    • Good Leadership, Independent, Able to work in team and individual,

Target Oriented, Strong Analytical, Good Intrapersonal Skill.

  • Familiar with computer application (minimum MS-Offices), Interest in media business

Responsibilities :

Manage & maximize sales capabilities & competition, territory management, market trends and well-run collection. Initiative improvement in the efficiency of circulation budget (sales-marketing-collection areas)

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Identify & develop marketing strategies based on knowledge of market characteristic, evaluating customer needs, buying behaviour, market competition & trends to support sales processes and capabilities. Manage the market budget by alocating spending and focusing strategy on customer preferred buying

SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Develop & review sales strategies based on market characteristic & customer needs. Evaluating sales capabilities, market competition & trends, territories, focusing strategy on customer preferred buying to maximize sales revenue. Initiative improvement in the efficiency of sales budget

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Develop relationship strategies of existing & new customers based on industry condition to support company goals. Able to manage multi relationship, effective communication and act as primary interface between customers and the company to build loyalty . Initiative in the efficiency of budget & maximize revenue

COLLECTION MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Review & develop collection strategies in the traditional outlet based on knowledge of its characteristic. Maximize collection capabilities, territory management, market trends and well-run collection. Initiative improvement in the efficiency of collection budget.

OPERATION & SUPPORT

OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Develop & evaluate operation strategies based on operation characteristic. Manage & implement operation to maximize support to related departments (distribution/ circulation, sales, marketing, collection). Initiative improvement in the efficiency of operation budget

HR-GA MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Participate in the development of policies & priorities for HR programs to deliver value to shareholders & employees. Ensure the effective recruitment, learning & development implemented and monitored. Analyze compensation & benefit to establish competitive program and ensure compliance with legal requirement. Involve in annual performance. Lead the HR team and partners with the management team towards achieving excellent performances.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 yrs experience in the same position, preferably in a multinational company, retail company/FMCG or related industry.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university, majoring in Marketing/Business Administration/ Management/HR/Law/Psychology/Engineering/other relevant subject, GPA 3.00. Master degree is preferred
  • Familar in policies & procedures, having depth knowledge for organizational
  • Strength in strategic planning to support a well run of operation/ circullation activities, Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and working in team, Energetic, detail oriented, creative. Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
